Changes in Terms and Conditions

Elite Entertainment LLC., the owner and operator of this website reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Posting updated Terms and Conditions on this site will make the new Terms and Conditions effective immediately and binding on all users of this website without exception. Therefore, please check this page of the website periodically for updates.

Ticket Purchase Policy

Elite Entertainment LLC. hereby discloses that the purchase price of the tickets contains a service charge or profit which has been added to the face value of the tickets, and that, as of the date of your purchase, Elite Entertainment LLC. may have no contract to obtain the tickets at a certain price from a person in possession of the tickets, or from a person who has a contractual right to obtain the tickets from the primary contractor, and may not be able to supply tickets at the price or range of prices identified or advertized on this website.

Elite Entertainment LLC. agrees to use its best efforts to procure and to deliver, prior to the date of the event, the tickets described.

Note that online orders placed after 5PM US Eastern Standard Time on weekdays or at any time on weekends may not be processed until the next working day.

Also, should Elite Entertainment LLC. fail to deliver to a BUYER the full quantity of tickets contracted for, Elite Entertainment LLC.'s sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the return to BUYER of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by BUYER to Elite Entertainment LLC. under this Agreement.

Elite Entertainment LLC. shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages or for loss or expense directly or indirectly arising from Elite Entertainment LLC.'s obligations under this Agreement, and BUYER agrees to waive any additional rights or remedies conferred upon it now or in the future under New Jersey law.

Due to policies set forth by the organizers of the events for which tickets are sold on this website, Elite Entertainment LLC.cannot issue exchanges or refunds after BUYER has placed an order, unless Elite Entertainment LLC. is unable to fulfill the order. In the event of a postponement, rainout, or any other reschedule of the original date, please retain your tickets to be used on the new date. There will be no refunds or exchanges for postponed events. All cancelled events will be entitled to a full refund less delivery charges. We are not responsible for event date and time changes or stage configurations. Please refer to your local media for pertinent information.

Elite Entertainment LLC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets once tickets are placed in the hands of Fedex or are in BUYER'S physical possession. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage certain types of tickets. In the event that Fedex has lost your tickets please contact them directly to enter a claim. We will provide you with a tracking number for them.

Indemnity

All users and visitors of this website agree to indemnify and hold Elite Entertainment LLC., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, including your use of this website to provide a link to another website.

Non-Affiliations

Elite Entertainment LLC. is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the business of buying and selling tickets at a premium for sporting events, concerts, and theatre. The amount charged over the face value of the tickets represents our fair compensation for the difficulty involved in obtaining premium seating to hard-to-get and sold-out events.

Elite Entertainment LLC. is in no way affiliated with any box office or official organizers of the events for which we obtain tickets.
